Fees
The fee depends on the type of session, not on where it takes place. Individual or couple, in Milan, Monza, Cernusco or by video call: the price is the same, and it's set out in full below before you ever write to me.

Couples therapy, 60 minutes
The first meeting is a full session too, and it's charged at the ordinary rate: it isn't a free introductory chat, but it isn't a commitment to continue either. Payment is settled at the end of each session, in cash, by transfer or by card. A receipt is always issued: where the payment is traceable, it qualifies for the 19% Italian healthcare-expense deduction.

45 minutes
Forty-five minutes, usually once a week. The first meeting is for working out what brings you here and whether the way I work is useful to you: you don't need to arrive prepared, or to know where to start.
Suited, among other things, to work on anxiety, panic attacks, stress and trauma.
60 minutes
One hour, with both of you present. This isn't the place where it's decided who's right: we look at how the relationship works, what keeps repeating, and what each of you brings to that pattern. Where it helps, a course of work can include occasional individual meetings.
For couples facing relationship difficulties.
45 minutes — same duration as the individual session
A space for talking about sexuality — on your own or as a couple — with the same confidentiality as any other session. We start from what is happening now, without assuming the cause is purely physical or purely psychological.
For those facing sexual difficulties.
45 minutes / 60 minutes — same duration as the corresponding in-studio session
Same duration, same fee and same way of working as a session in the studio. You'll receive the link before the appointment; what matters most is a stable connection and a room where you won't be interrupted.

At the end of each session, by cash, bank transfer or card. A receipt is issued every time without your having to ask: it is the document to keep for the 19% Italian healthcare-expense deduction, on traceable payments. It applies only if you file an Italian tax return.
It is a full session at the ordinary fee. It is there to understand what we are dealing with and to assess together whether and how to continue, and it stays a single consultation if you decide to stop there.
